Our Licensed Massage Therapist uses a combination of Functional Anatomy, Pain Neuroscience, and Manual Therapy to help you achieve goals of alleviating pain, increasing range of motion, and have a better quality of life. We conduct an assessment to understand you, your medical history, and your specific areas of concern before designing an individualized treatment plan.
Collaboration with Healthcare Providers: Clinical massage therapists often work in conjunction with doctors, physical therapists, chiropractors, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
Combination of Techniques: It often includes a blend of different massage modalities such as IASTM (instrument assisted soft tissue manipulation), Cupping, Pin and Stretch, and other muscle activation/relaxation techniques.
