Is There Any Benefit To Drinking Non-Alcoholic Beer?

There has been a growing trend in recent years for non-alcoholic beer. While the jury is still out on whether or not there are any real health benefits to drinking non-alcoholic beer, there are a few potential benefits that are worth considering.
For example, non-alcoholic beer has fewer calories than regular beer, which means it could help with weight loss. Non-alcoholic beer also doesn’t contain any sugar, which means it could help people who are trying to reduce their sugar intake. However non-alcoholic beer does still contain carbohydrates similar to regular beer about 13 grams of carbs per can. There are some non-alcoholic beers that are lower in calories and carbohydrates as below (as for taste, you will have to judge yourself!):
Another potential benefit of non-alcoholic beer is that it doesn’t contain any of the harmful compounds such as tyramine, which negatively affects blood pressure and alcohol, which can decrease your good gut bacteria, increase heart disease and cancer risk, affect your liver and decrease bone health.
The bottom line is that non-alcoholic beer has some potential benefits, but it’s important to remember that there is still no clear proof of any actual health benefits. Additionally, non-alcoholic beer should never be used as a substitute for water or other beverages. The key is to make sure that you are drinking in moderation and that you are still getting the necessary nutrients and hydration from other sources. Overall, it’s best to approach non-alcoholic beer with caution and moderation and make sure that you are still getting the necessary nutrition from other beverages.
